Deliveries are by Courier, An Post, and special methods if necessary.
Subject to stock availability the Company will dispatch all orders within 1 to 2 days.
Any delay in the delivery of products ordered will be notified to the Customer by email.
For any parcel weighing 25kg plus, additional shipping charges may apply. If you are thinking of ordering multiple large items, please contact us as we may be in a position to work out something for you on the shipping costs.
For shipping outside of Ireland, please contact us directly so we can determine if it’s possible to get the items to you and how much it will be.
Unless the Customer has inspected the product and emailed notice to the Company within 2 days after delivery that the product does not comply with the relevant specifications or descriptions, the product is deemed to have been accepted in good order and condition.
If the Customer considers a product to be faulty or defective it must be returned in the packaging and condition in which it was dispatched.
The return carriage costs will be refunded where the Company agrees that the product is faulty or defective.
Provided the Customer complies with these Returns conditions, the Company will refund or replace as the Customer requests.
This Returns policy will not apply where an accident, neglect, interference, misuse or normal wear and tear of the product has occurred resulting in the product being un-saleable or unfit for purpose.
